Clear Your Cookies and Temp Files

1. Go to the START Button, to Settings, to Control Panel.
2. Double click on Internet Options.
3. On the "General" tab, click on the Delete Cookies, Delete Files 
    and Clear History buttons.
4. Click OK.


This will clear the path for any refreshed web pages to appear in 
their most current state.

Clearing these files is a good practice periodically. 

You will find, if you have trouble getting to a web page that you 
have previously visited, taking these steps should solve the problem.
